Private coaching by telephone will empower you to grow your success your way, at your optimal pace. We'll focus on your most pressing challenges and opportunities. You'll make pivotal changes that will lead to the results you truly want in your business and your life.

Executive Coaching:

Up to two and a half hours of coaching per month. Fees range from $500/month for emerging leaders, to $1200/month for C-suite level executives.

Solo-preneur Business Coaching:

3 - 45 minute sessions per month $400
2 - 45 minute sessions per month $300

An accelerated, guided process for articulating your future vision for your business and establishing an inspiring one-year plan. We'll use the revolutionary VisionPlanning™ methodology to unlock your deepest desires for your business and map out your roadmap to success. In as little as 45 days!

Investment:

6 - 55 minute sessions $1,500

 Private Vision Retreat

As business owners or leaders, one of our greatest challenges can be taking time out of our busy schedules to look at the big picture. This Friday evening and Saturday visioning retreat will allow you to step away from the demands of your work and life, and focus entirely on yourself. In private sessions with Barbara, in a beautiful nature-setting, you will tap into your business and life vision and map out your i inspiring one-year plan.

Investment:

$1,500 (plus cost of accommodations and meals)

Team Visioning & Planning Sessions/Retreats

We will custom design team coaching sessions to empower your team's success through developing a compelling future vision, mapping out a strategic VisionPlan™ and establishing new practices for increased productivity.
