How does it work?

VisionWork business development services are designed to meet your unique needs and objectives. After an initial consultation, we develop your coaching program.

Our clients receive:

• An initial consultation to assess current challenges and opportunities and establish goals
• Leading-edge assessments and tools for business success and personal fulfilment
• Telephone coaching on a weekly or biweekly basis
• Access to the coach between sessions via email
• Exercises to increase self-awareness, unlock creative thinking and development new leadership
• Full confidentiality
• Regular evalutations and review of the coaching process to ensure client satisfaction

When you hire me as your coach, I'm on retainer to you, similar to a consultant. We'll meet by phone at regular times, usually weekly at the same time each week. We'll focus on your most important goals in business and life.

Coaching sessions occur in the first three weeks of the month with the last week free to integrate your progress. I'm available between sessions by email to touch base, celebrate wins or develop immediate strategies.

Most business clients work with me for six months to a year (and many for longer while accomplishing the dream!). Through our coaching partnership you will have focus, structure and accountability that leads to business success and life-changing results.
